2025 YETI Xtreme Verbier by Honda

Celebrating its 30th anniversary, the YETI Xtreme Verbier by Honda stands as the most iconic event in freeride history. Since its inception in 1996, it has evolved from a snowboard-only contest into the ultimate stage for the world’s best freeriders, becoming the official Freeride World Tour Finals in 2008. Over the past three decades, Bec des Rosses has tested the limits of elite athletes, producing unforgettable moments and crowning legends of the sport. This milestone edition honors the event’s legacy while showcasing the next generation of riders ready to carve their names into freeride history.

Freeride skiing and snowboarding’s pinnacle event, the YETI Xtreme Verbier, is taking on a fresh look as Honda Switzerland steps up as the Presenting Partner for the 2025 edition. Scheduled from March 22-30, 2025, the event will showcase not only world-class athletes but also Honda’s latest innovations in mobility. This includes the new lineup of electrified vehicles, highlighted by the cutting-edge Honda CR-V, available in full hybrid and plug-in hybrid versions.

The 2024 YETI Xtreme Verbier delivered thrilling performances across all categories. Erin Sauve took the win in Snowboard Women, showcasing powerful control and smooth turns through the Bec’s steep terrain. In Ski Women, Hedvig Wessel claimed victory with a bold line featuring massive airs. Jonathan Penfield dominated the Snowboard Men’s field with technical tricks and clean landings, while Marcus Goguen emerged victorious in Ski Men, impressing with a highly creative line and one of the biggest double drops ever seen at Verbier.
