YETI Xtreme Verbier Canceled and New World Champions Crowned I FWT Riders’ Vlog Episode 21

The YETI Xtreme Verbier competition has been officially canceled due to unsafe snow conditions. Safety work was conducted on the Bec des Rosses this morning, triggering widespread avalanches and leaving the face unsafe to run the competition. Today was the only viable option for the competition, but with more clouds and snow forecast for the afternoon and the rest of the week, the visibility and conditions won't be optimal, preventing the event from running.

This is the second time in history that the Yeti Xtreme Verbier has been canceled, but it does not detract from the incredible performances athletes have shown throughout the rest of the season. Congratulations to the four new FWT World Champions who were crowned today. #FWT23 #HomeofFreeride
