Skiing in Georgia: Where Adventure Meets Diversity
Georgia, located in the Greater Caucasus, is home to four ski resorts: Gudauri, Bakuriani, Mestia (Hatsvali & Tetnuldi), and Goderdzi.a
These resorts cater to all skill levels and offer ideal conditions for freeriding and ski touring, making Georgia an attractive destination for winter sports enthusiasts.
Mestia, in Svaneti, features two ski areas: Hatsvali and Tetnuldi. Hatsvali suits all skiers, while Tetnuldi, known for heavy snowfall, stands out with its long, wide slopes. In 2024, Tetnuldi hosted the Freeride World Tour Georgia Pro.
The towering Ushba Peak provides a stunning backdrop to the resort.
