Starting her snowboarding journey in freestyle as a member of the French national team, Noémie Equy always knew freeride was her ultimate goal due to its connection to nature and the freedom it offered. After spending five months in New Zealand to test her skills and commitment, she returned determined to pursue freeride competitions. With a dream to win the Freeride World Tour, she embraces every competition as an expression of her creativity and freedom.
Noémie Equy qualified for the FWT 2025 through an exceptional 2024 season which saw her winning both, the Qualifier and Challenger - Region 1. This certainly set herself up for a great rookie season at the FWT.

"My biggest dream would be to win the FWT. I'd especially like to win the Val Thorens stage, as It's my home resort, it would be a special moment for me to win this stage."
