Introduced in 2023, the Rider of the Day award gives FWT fans the opportunity to vote for their favorite rider for each FWT Pro competition. The rider with the most votes will be announced at the end of the competition day.

Joan Aracil, representing Andorra, delivered a fast, dynamic run showcasing technical precision and stylish air maneuvers. Navigating steep, rocky terrain with smooth control, he executed bold moves, including a 360 with a tail grab off a wind lip and another 360 on a ledge, landing cleanly and maintaining momentum throughout. His creative line choice and well-executed tricks highlighted his skill and readiness for the Freeride World Tour.

Zuzanna Witych (POL) put down an absolute heater with a near-perfect score of 97.67, emerging from a stacked field of talented riders to finish on top. Zuzanna’s skiing was aggressive and controlled, taking no time to stack up the points with an air out of the gates, then charging some freeride turns before lining up three ginormous cliffs to bolts.

Marcus Goguen got ultra technical and creative today to take the Verbier title, skiing through extreme exposure and looking like a veteran on the face. He stomped his first 360 with little hesitation before opening up a brand-new line on the Bec des Rosses, sending arguably the biggest triple air in freeride history. Will this now be called the Marcus Goguen triple?
